Our team of teachers is international, we also regularly host interns and volunteers from all over the world.

Barbora Drážníková, DiS.
Manager of Education
Barbora graduated from Sports Grammar School in Brno with the title of second class coach. Then she worked as an au pair in England and attended English classes at York College. After her return, she completed studies of preschool pedagogy at the Higher Professional School of Education in Litomyšl. She worked as a teacher for Little Bear Preschool for 4 years, then as a leading teacher of an English class in preschool Domeček for another 4 years. In 2011, she co-founded the association All4Kids, where she keeps working until now.
Barbora is responsible for education policy, teaching methodology and everyday management of the preschools. She is an active teacher herself and also trains other teachers. She is responsible for preschool preparation, she specializes in arts&crafts and sports.

PhDr. Barbora Musilová
Project Manager
Barbora graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague, she participated in studies abroad, worked as a teacher, translator, interpreter, guide, reviewer. She worked as Erasmus coordinator, PR manager, Head of the internatinal programs under Ministry of Education. In 2011, she co-founded the association All4Kids, where she keeps working until now. She works as project manager and fundraiser in Association of Forest KGs, she is a member of school board at Bohumil Hrabal primary school.
Barbora is responsible for concepts of all the project, legislative issues, project planning, documentation, promotion, communication with partners and parents, international cooperation and grant management. She is also a mother of 3 children, representative at Prague 8 Council and leader of a touristic troup.

Markéta Literáková, Dis.
Operational Manager
Markéta graduated from vocational college of tourism and then she continued to study English and special education at Montgomery College and Soujourner Douglass College in the United States. She also spent a year in Spain and another one in the United States as an au pair. She gained years of experience working in assistant manager positions at language schools, travel agencies and other companies. For two years, she worked as a teacher in the Czech-English preschool Domeček in Prague, where she also began working with the association All4Kids.
Markéta is mainly responsible for operational aspects of all projects, financial management and accounting. She deals with partners, services and suppliers, she is solving problems of any kind. She is also a mother of 2 children.

David Dolejšek
Teacher
David graduated from the School of Telecommunication in Brno. He attended the Scouting camps from childhood, later he became a leader. He also led afternoon clubs for kids of early school age. He completed the course for finess instructors and used his skills while assisting disabled people at the gym. He is an enthusiastic yoga instructor. He founded a successful company Raw Planet, where he dealt with live diet to treat allergies and eczema. The last piece in the puzzle is humour and fun, which he never spoils.
David works as a leading teacher at Vyšehrad Monsters, he accepted this role after 7 years of experience with us. He specializes in physical activities, games and deep talks with kids. He does yoga with children and he teaches them about healthy lifestyle and environmental awareness.

Daniel Andrés Guía Lopez
Teacher
Dani comes from Caracas Venezuela but has been in the Czech republic since 2014. He has been studying music since he is 6 years old, today he is able to play a variety of instruments, from guitars, bass, pianos, and in Prague he's mainly playing the drums/percussions, for example with Cumbía Cooperativa. As a music teacher he has worked with kids from all ages. Back in Venezuela he worked as an assistant basketball coach for kids. Besides music, his life's purpose are physical activities of all kinds and being outdoors, in any weather, in harmony with nature as the most amazing source to observe and learn.
Dani works in Libeň Libeň Monsters, able to understand Czech but speaking only in English to support language educations. And of course music is his specialization.

Mgr. Hiva Amini
Teacher
Hiva comes from Iran, living in the Czech Republic since 2023. She holds a Master’s degree in Directing from DAMU and a Bachelor’s degree in Puppet Theatre. Her artistic background includes devised performance, object installation, and participatory art for children. She loves making simple puppets and bringing them to life through stories, play, and imagination. Hiva enjoys creating a warm, playful, and creative atmosphere where children can explore language through movement, storytelling, and curiosity. She communicates in English to support the children's language development
Hiva works as a teacher at Vyšehrad Monsters, where she combines artistic sensibility and teaching experience to create joyful, imaginative, and inspiring experiences,

Julie Zimová
Teacher
Jula has a degree in animal husbandry, but she has been learning English since preschool and uses it in practice every day. Since childhood, she was a member of the Forest Wisdom League and liked to participate in the organization of activities and trips for children. She also has experience in private babysitting using English communication. For one school year Jula worked with us as a teacher in an afternoon English Club for school aged children and as a preschool assistant, she gained experience to become a preschool teacher then.
Jula work as a teacher at Libeň Monsters. In addition to communication in English, she is also very familiar with the concept of outdoor education, with which she has a lot of experience from Forest Wisdom League.

Melissa Rosalie Kubová
Teacher
Melissa is a certified yoga instructor from the Czech Republic, passionate about creating loving, joyful, and energizing experiences for both children and adults. Growing up on an eco-farm surrounded by animals — horses, goats, bees, pigeons, parrots, geese, chickens, one proud rooster, rabbits, hamsters, dogs, cats, and fish — taught her empathy, patience, and a deep respect for nature's rhythm. She studied hotel management and tourism, lived in Mexico for over a year for cultural and educational purposes, and most recently worked in Crete at a five-star resort as an all-round animator.
Melissa works as a teacher at Vyšehrad Monsters. Her approach blends movement, play, mindfulness, and motivation, helping each child connect with their body, imagination, and the natural world.

Kasia Kalka
Assistant
Kasia is a native English speaker. She is of Polish origin, grew up in Ireland from the age of 4. She is currently studying Environmental Engineering at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. She has experience both in environmental fieldwork (Poloniny National Park, Landscape Research Institute) and working with children as a nanny in Ireland. She is very interested in forest kindergartens and nature-based pedagogy, which is an ideal combination of her skills and experience. She enjoys being with children and helping them develop through creativity, play and connection with nature, supporting their curiosity, empathy and cooperation in everything she can do with them.
Kasia works with us as a part-time teacher, appearing regularly in both our preschools in Libeň and Vyšehrad.

Jiří Král
Assistant
Jiří was born into a tramp family, he slept under the stars at the age of one. He graduated from the Secondary School of Construction in Brno, later he attended the art studio of Professor Juklíček in Brno - Juliánov, where he fell in love with art forever and chose a career as a visual artist and graphic designer. Nature and being outdoors are his constant inspiration in both work and life. Since childhood, he attended hiking, scouting and boating clubs, in which he later worked as a leader. He is experienced snowboarding instructor and led a cycling club for children from 4 yo.
Jiří helps us occasionally in both preschools. He enjoys when he can share his experiences with children and help develop their natural creativity. For example, he created the coloring book "Kočkoprd" for our monsters :)

Blagica Stoimenova
European Volunteer
Blagica came to us from North Macedonia, she also has Bulgarian citizenship. She studied theater acting and worked as a theater and film actress for several years. For the last year, she has mainly taught English, and also worked with children in leisure activities. She is looking forward to learning about the concept of outdoor kindergartens and finding ways to use her theater experience in working with children.

Nada Laaziri El Mzouri
European Volunteer
Nada comes from Spain, but she also has Moroccan roots. She studied law and works in administration, but as a volunteer she has been dedicated to human rights, assistance to disabled students and leisure activities for children for many years. She decided to take the opportunity to come to Prague for a year to try working with the youngest children and enrich herself and us with new experiences.

Julien Deberry
European Volunteer
Julien comes from France, where he studied foreign languages for international business at the University of Le Mans. After two years of working in trade and traveling, then working in a hostel and for a non-profit organization, he moved to South America, where he taught English and French. He chose a kindergarten in the Czech Republic as his next stop to gain life and work experience.

Matilde Angelone
European Volunteer
Matilde comes from Italy, where she studied Japanese and English. She has experience teaching English to children, her dream is to live in Japan and teach young children English and Italian there. For now, she has decided to gain experience with us, she is interested in the environment of an English-language preschool and the outdoor aspect, which is not at all common in Italy.
