Barbora Drážníková, DiS.
Manager of Education
Barbora graduated from Sports Grammar School in Brno with the title of second class coach. Then she worked as an au pair in England and attended English classes at York College. After her return, she completed studies of preschool pedagogy at the Higher Professional School of Education in Litomyšl. She worked as a teacher for Little Bear Preschool for 4 years, then as a leading teacher of an English class in preschool Domeček for another 4 years. In 2011, she co-founded the association All4Kids, where she keeps working until now.
Barbora is responsible for education policy, teaching methodology and everyday management of the preschools. She is an active teacher herself and also trains other teachers. She is responsible for preschool preparation, she specializes in arts&crafts and sports.
PhDr. Barbora Musilová
Project Manager
Barbora graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she participated in several programs abroad, she worked as a teacher, translator, interpreter, guide, reviewer. After graduation, she worked as Erasmus coordinator, PR manager in publishing house, Head of the Comenius program and f eTwinning program of inzernational cooperation od schools, she is a member of school board at Bohumil Hrabal primaty school. In 2011, she co-founded the association All4Kids, where she keeps working until now.
Barbora is responsible for concepts of all the project, legislative issues, project planning, documentation, promotion, communication with partners and parents, international cooperation and grant management. She is also a mother of 3 children.
Markéta Literáková, Dis.
Operational Manager
Markéta graduated from vocational college of tourism and then she continued to study English and special education at Montgomery College and Soujourner Douglass College in the United States. She also spent a year in Spain and another one in the United States as an au pair. She gained years of experience working in assistant manager positions at language schools, travel agencies and other companies. For two years, she worked as a teacher in the Czech-English preschool Domeček in Prague, where she also began working with the association All4Kids.
Markéta is mainly responsible for operational aspects of all projects, financial management and accounting. She deals with partners, services and suppliers, she is solving problems of any kind. She is also a mother of 2 children.
Bc. Iva Procházková
Teacher
Iva graduated from the Czech University of Agriculture but then she found out she wants to be a preschool teacher most of all. She completed studies at Higher Professional School of Education in Prague. She started to work with children in 2008 at a summer camp in Jankov u Votic, from 2012 she worked in the Czech-English preschool Domecek as an assistant and since then, she regularly cooperates with All4Kids. For many years she has been a private babysitter, from toddlers to school-aged children.
Iva works as a leading teacher at Vysehrad Monsters, she is responsible for the everyday program and planning educational activities. She is the contact person for parents regarding adaptiation and everyday situations. Iva is very creative person, she loves games, projects and music.
Sarah Persson, B.A.
Teacher
Originally from South Florida, Sarah graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During her studies, she studied film in Prague for a semester in the CIEE Study Program. After finishing her studies, she took a job as a Production Coordinator with CF Films in South Florida. In the Fall of 2019, she came back to Prague to earn her CELTA certificate from AKCENT International House and got a job there, teaching English to a range of students, including preschoolers. In summer, Sarah taught English at the English4U summer camp. Sarah loves to travel, play sports for fun, spend time with family and friends and, of course, meet new people.
Sarah works as a teacher at Vyšehrad Monsters, as an English speaker she mainly supports children to improve their English and communication skills.
David Dolejšek
Teacher
David graduated from the School of Telecommunication in Brno. He attended and loved the Scouting camps far in the past from the primary school, later he took part regularly as an instructor. He also led afternoon clubs for kids of early school age. He completed the course for finess instructors and then used his skills while working at the gym assisting disabled people. He is also an enthusiastic yoga instructor. He founded a successful company Raw Planet, where he dealt with live diet, which can treat allergies and eczema of children. The last piece in the puzzle is humour and fun, which he never spoils.
David works as a teacher at Vyšehrad Monsters, he specializes in physical activities and games. He does yoga with children and he teaches them about healthy lifestyle and environmental awareness.
Daniel Andrés Guía Lopez
Teacher
Dani comes from Caracas Venezuela but has been in the Czech republic since 2014. He has been studying music since he is 6 years old, today he is able to play a variety of instruments, from guitars, bass, pianos, and in Prague he's mainly playing the drums/percussions, for example with Cumbía Cooperativa. As a music teacher he has worked with kids from all ages. Back in Venezuela he worked as an assistant basketball coach for kids in the spectrum.
Dani works in Libeň Libeň Monsters, he's not native but is able to understand the Czech lenguage making it easier for the comunication with the kids, he speak mainly in English to improve their understanding. And of course music is his specialization.
Diane Birney
Teacher
Diane comes from Ireland, where she studied arts and textile and fashion design. She is now based in Prague for almost 20 years. She has worked as an English teacher for several years, she has also experience as headteacher and director. She has worked for different international pre-schools and primary schoolsl - Dino School, Bright Alphabet Pre-School, American Embassy Pre-School, Abacus Adventures English School, American Interbational School, ZŠ Úvaly, Bfrech Pre-School, Fresh School.
Diane works as teacher at Libeň Monsters. She is and excellent team member as a native speaker and experienced language teacher. She is mainly responsible for language education.
Balázs Malik
Teacher
Balázs comes from the south of Hungary, a small city called Baja where he has been studying economy at grammar school and follow-uo study. During secondary school years he formed a plan to become a teacher and work with children. He left Hungary in October 2019 for the sake of travelling, his first destination was Prague where he decided to settle down for a while. He has been learning and using English intensivelly over 15 years.
Balázs works as a part-time teacher at Libeň Monsters, he only communcates with children in English. His intention is to teach the children about the world that surrounds us, he has always tons of experiments prepared to show how nature works.
Jula Zimič
Teacher at the Club
Jula has a degree in animal husbandry, but she has been learning English since preschool and uses it in practice every day. Since childhood, she was a member of the Forest Wisdom League and liked to participate in the organization of activities and trips for children. She also has experience in private babysitting using English communication.

Jula works as a teacher in the afternoon English Club for school-aged children at Libeň Monsters.
Maria Lúcia Fraga Lourenço
European Volunteer
Maria Lúcia comes from Portugal, where she studied English, German and journalism at the University of Porto. She also completed an Erasmus+ study stay at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She considers the study of English from early childhood to be a pivotal moment in her life, and that is why she decided to try teaching English to young children from the other side.

Julia Tetiedt
European Volunteer
Julia comes from Germany, where she just graduated from high school. She has a lot of experience in babysitting, she has helped nearby families with their children from an early age. Before choosing a university, she decided to spend a year as a European volunteer to become independent and try working with children as a possible career path.

Yelyzaveta Krohmalova
European Volunteer
Yelyzaveta comes from Ukraine, where after high school she continued to work in the organization of educational, artistic and sports activities. She fled to the Czech Republic due to the war and was looking for possible employment using her excellent English. She helps in the Libeň Monsters preschool and also participates in the Afternoon English Club for school-aged children.

Olena Ozymuk
European Volunteer
Olena comes from Ukraine, where she graduated in pharmaceutical biotechnolgy and then worked on administrative positions. She fled from war to the Czech Republic, where she had a chance to study at Cumorah Academy and then realize worskhop for children at our Vyšehrad Monsters. After that we agreed to host her in our project and let her spend a year doing something she likes and also has talent for.
